1. Ageratum Porridge: ageratum 15g (fresh ageratum 30g), rice 50g. Put the ageratum in an aluminum pot (this is essential) cleaning and put in boiling in water for 5 minutes. The porridge is eaten for supper 3-5 days as a single medicinal course. It helps warm yang and replenish qi (vital energy), produce saliva and nourish blood. It can improve had breath and help cure morning diarrhea in the elderly. The elderly with yin deficiency heat should be cautious about eating this porridge.

4. Reed Root Porridge: Reed root 30g, rice 50g. Boil the reed root after cleaning. Set aside the extract. Boil the rice until 80% done and add to the extract. Boil together until thoroughly simmered.
