Chicken wings 500g, red wine 30g, salt 2g, monosodium glutamate 1g, rock candy 2g, scallion 3g, ginger 3g, Chinese red pepper 2g, cooking wine 5g, pepper powder 1g, vegetable oil 15g.


1. Cut the middle wings into two, marinate with salt, cooking wine and pepper powder for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Put them into boiling water to remove residue. Set aside.
