shrimp 250g, litchi 250g, egg white 30g, vegetable oil 15g, salt 3g, monosodium glutamate 2g, starch (corn) 4g, scallion 3g, ginger 3g.


1. Mix the starch with water into a paste in a bowl.

2. Shred the scallion and ginger well.

3. Dice the shrimp, then mix the cubes with salt, monosodium glutamate, egg white and starch solution all together.

4. Dice the litchis after removing the shells and pits.

5. Mix salt, monosodium glutamate, starch solution and water into the sauce.

6. Fill the wok with oil till temperature around 6 tenths of heat, then add the shrimp cubes, the shredded scallion and ginger, litchi cubes and sauté for few minutes. Add the sauce and mix well.

Mutual destruction of Food:

1. Shrimp meat: Shrimp should not be eaten with some fruits. Shrimp is high in calcium, protein and other nutrients. Eating shrimps together with fruits containing tannic acid, such as grapes, pomegranates, hawthorn fruit and persimmon, will reduce the nutritional value of shrimp protein.
