Ingredients:

1/2 Polished glutinous rice

100g dried longan

3 tbsp. Red granulated sugar

Methods:

1.Rinse rice and soak in water for 2 hours.

2.Cook rice with 4 cups of water for 30 mins. add dried longan and red granulated sugar; stew for 10 mins. more.

Efficiency:

Good for spleen and kidney. Strengthen the body. Nourish vitality. Calm down the mind.
