Fry Beef with Scallion in Thicken Sauce
Fry Beef with Scallion in Thicken Sauce

Character: Tender, fresh and appetizing.

Ingredients:

300g. beef fillet

100g. scallion

(A)①1 tbsp. soy sauce

②1/2 tbsp. pepper powder

③1/2 egg

④1 tbsp. starch

(B)①1 tbsp. soy sauce

②1 tbsp. cooking wine

③1/2 tbsp. monosodium glutamate

④1 tbsp. black sesame oil

⑤A dash of starch water

Methods:

1.Clean and cut beef fillet's sinew off, slice by its natural line, mix with seasoning (A)①~④ well, coat by starch.

2.Cut scallion's hard stem and leaves off, slice.

3.Preheat the pan with oil, fry beef with salad oil briefly and drain up. Fry scallion briefly, fry beef again with seasoning (B)①~④ quickly, thicken the sauce, done.
