Dried Bean Milk Cream with Green Pepper

Taste: Delicious.

Features: Nicely combined with the colors of white from the dried bean milk cream and green from the tender peppers.

Ingredients:

400 grams (0.88 lb) dried bean milk cream folded in long sections

50 grams (0.11 lb) green pepper

10 grams (2 tsp) sugar

3 grams (1/2 tsp) salt

15 grams (1 tbsp) sesame oil

2 grams (1/2 tsp) MSG

75 grams (5 1/2 tbsp) cooked oil

10 grams (1 1/2 tbsp) mixture of cornstarch and water

50 grams (3 oz) chicken soup

Directions:

1. Soak the dried milk cream in lukewarm water to soften it. Cut into sections 1.5 cm (0.6 inch) long. Remove the stems and seeds of the green peppers and cut into slices.

2. Heat the oil in a wok to 110-135℃ (230-275℉) and stirfry the sectioned dried bean milk cream and green pepper slices for 1 minute. Add the sugar, salt, MSG and chicken soup. Use a strong fire to bring to a boil and thicken the soup with the mixture of cornstarch and water. Sprinkle on the sesame oil and take out to serve.
