研究发现一日三餐更利减肥

    有说法称,少食多餐利于减肥 ,但最新一份美国的研究 报告 称,一日三餐可能比少食多餐更利于减肥,这一研究报告发表在了《肥胖》杂志上。

It was believed that frequent eating in small portions was conducive to weight loss, but a recent research report in the U.S. says that three meals a day are more beneficial than eating smaller more frequent meals for losing weight. It was published in "Obese" magazine.
    美国普渡大学的研究者发现,超重和肥胖的男士摄入低热量、高蛋白质食物时,如果一天吃三餐,会比一天吃六餐感到更满意 、饥饿感更少。
Researchers from Purdue University found that overweight and obese men who ate low calorie and high protein foods would be more satisfied and have less hunger eating three meals a day than six meals a day.
    密苏里大学的研究人员也称,在少吃多餐问题上,存在很多误导大众的媒体报导,但少吃多餐对胃口 控制并不是那么有效。
Researchers from the University of Missouri also found that on the issue of the frequency of meals, there was a lot of misleading information in the media and that for appetite control, frequent meals are not so effective.
    为了进一步研究,他们随机选取了27名超重或肥胖的男士,让他们在12个星期内进行高蛋白饮食或蛋白质含量正常的饮食。在第七周的时候,这些人再被分为两组,一组一日三餐,每两餐间隔五小时,另一组一日六餐,每两餐间隔两小时,连续三天后两组人再调换进食规律 。研究发现,一日三餐组的人更能减肥,而高蛋白质饮食则不容易饿。

For a further study, they randomly selected 27 overweight and obese men to take up a high protein diet or a normal protein diet over a period of 12 weeks. In the seventh week, these people were divided into two groups, one group eating three meals a day, with a five hour interval between meals, and another group eating six meals a day, with two hour intervals between meals. After three days, the two Groups exchanged dietary schedules. The study found that the group that ate three meals a day lost weight easier and that they were less hungry on the high protein diet.
